Mel Baird

The majority of Mel’s roles over the past 18 years have been in Management and Leadership; primarily with Government Departments.  She has developed extensive skills in practice implementation, change management, accreditation, legislative reviews and mentoring as well as day to day people management.

Mel has a wealth of knowledge and experience in research and analysis, training, coaching and mentoring; in conjunction with policy development and leading teams to reach exceptional outcomes.  Mel is responsible for the operational side of business ensuring the day to day systems and processes run smoothly.
